The Coffee: A medium roast, this Grade 1 organic and Swiss Water Process decaf is a very sweet and creamy cup with note of caramel sauce and milk chocolate. The coffee has a medium weight to the body and a smooth texture. Coupled with mild citrus acidity this is a versatile decaf coffee that brews great in all formats from pour-over to espresso.
The Producer: From smallholder producers in the sky high reaches of the Amazonas region of northern Peru. Farmers that contribute to this Swiss Water decaf lot are certified organic and fair trade certified. With an eye on sustainability throug organic and natural inputs, we are happy bring this one in.
