The Coffee: 

This is a versatile bean that is a showstopper in any format. With espresso we get a dark chocolate body with apple like sweetness rounded out by a caramelo candy finish. As a pour over the candied apple is more pronounced. This is a awesome well rounded bean that tastes great no matter the method!
