The Coffee: A blend of a medium dark roast Guatemala and medium roast Ethiopia. This coffee is blended in honor of the Holiday season. Classic comfort cup we brought together a higher roast level for a traditional profile with a twist of berries and some brown spice on the finish. We used a top lot Guatemalan coffee from Huehuetenango and a Grade 1 natural Ethiopian coffee from the Hambela station in Guji. This coffee is full bodied, with notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, nutty, berries and spice. This coffee can be brewed and shared with your loved ones in any format. Happy Holidays everyone.
