The Coffee: A blend of four coffees with the intention of producing an espresso with a silky, creamy body. Adding to that texture are notes of fudge, dark chocolate, and tart cherry. A merriment that is great as a stand alone espresso or hitting it with creamers at the barista bar. Pulled as a ristretto, espresso, or luongo you can expect these notes to shine. Roasted specifically to be extracted under pressure this coffee shines in automatic or manual espresso machines, moka pot and aeropress.

Super versatile espresso blend….really enjoying it and Robb was kind enough to send along his preferred parameters on temp, dose, and timing which was very helpful to get dialed in quickly. I’ll be ordering again!
Excellent espresso blend. So nice to have regular deliveries from a local roaster. Plus Rob is cool and likes to fish for steelhead!

I could not believe how tasty this coffee was when I brewed it in my espresso machine. When I heard fresh coffee help’s with flavor and kept thinking it could not be that much of a difference. I was wrong! It was roasted and shipped out quickly and I just fallowed the steps on the side of the bag. Thank you Fogline coffee. You have a BIG fan in Colorado!!!

Was very impressed with the flavor Profile. Made a great cortado/ cappuccino and I typically like lighter roast for my espresso but this was well balanced and not over roasted.

Beautiful Blend. Enjoyed it as a Cappuccino.
It was surprisingly creamy with the bitter cherry on the end. No nasty after taste and no dry mouth feeling. After dialing in, it had a nice flavor with a nice finish. Would buy again. P.s Thanks for telling me the composition of the beens.

I purchased this product to make a golden latte using golden milk powder. It does an excellent job of masking the flavors I don't particularly enjoy but still drink for the health benefits. Surprisingly, this espresso is delightful on its own! Unlike other espressos, it has a subtle and not overpowering combination of dark chocolate and fudge notes, with an intriguing umami undertone reminiscent of Asian cuisine. The finish is sweet, creamy, and smooth. You need to try this!
I’ve had Fogline coffee on numerous occasions while visiting family in Humboldt County both at their store front and at home. It’s better there but perfectly good in my stove top Moka machine. Now I’m able to purchase online and sent to my home in Florida. Very competitive prices and delivery was quick. I’m so happy to enjoy this fine coffee at home now. It’s as good as any Italian coffee which is my best compliment.
My neighbor does espresso with a 70's Gaggia that he rebuilt. He can talk espresso for hours. He was totally impressed with how good the first cup was. I was nor surprised as I have had espresso at the Fogline roastery. Live espresso? Buy this:)

I've tried multiple brands of espresso beans and I have been pleased with them, generally. I tried FogLine's House Blend in my "Goldilocks" pursuit of espresso that's "just right". I found it in your House Blend. I really enjoy the taste and smell. I expect to purchase more in the future and stop searching.

Really great marketing. Order was received promptly, branding is beautiful. I appreciate the dosing recommendation written on the bag. I just didn’t love the roast/tasting profile. It’s a true medium roast, with a wonky finish. I let it air out for an additional 7 days and it helped a lot.
Tried this bean at SurfPoint in Shelter Cove, CA. Fell in love with the nice chocolate flavor such a bold taste. We had been longing for a bean to purchase but were timid to search again since the ones before were fails. Fogline Coffee bean for our espresso coffees. Brilliant. Thank you. Truly.
