The Coffee: Our favorite coffee of 2025 and with a limited lot size subscriptions will not be available. This coffee is a community lot Washed Process AA selection boasting its origin. We like to say, this is what coffee CAN be. Roasted light with a short development in mind to highlight it's origin characteristics. We get a very clean, sweet hit of toffee, apricot, and black tea, finishing with a nip of bright acidity that lends to a juicy cup. This coffee is highly geared for the pour-over and aeropress lover's. 

The Producer: This is a community lot from female operated farms by way of Songwe, Tanzania. This coffee has been expertly sorted and graded for quality and continuity of seed size. Cured perfectly for moisture content. Arrived fresh off the crop in short order. A roasters dream.
